We do not provide physical goods or shipping.

  • technical recommendations and documentation

All deliverables are provided electronically to the client’s email.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 1–5 business days after confirmation of payment

  • More complex services may require additional time depending on scope

Clients will be informed if extended timelines are necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper delivery, the client must:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • respond to requests for clarification if needed

  • supply relevant technical or business details

Delays in providing required information may impact delivery time.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

A service is considered delivered when:

  • the report, recommendations, or consultation results have been sent to the client

  • communication has been completed via the agreed channel

6. Revisions and Follow-Up

  • Minor clarifications or follow-up questions may be supported after delivery

  • Additional work beyond the original scope may require a new service or agreement

7. Availability

Services are provided during standard business hours. Response times may vary depending on workload and time zone differences.
