Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered if:

• service was not delivered

• cancellation occurred before work began

3. Partial Refunds

If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on completed scope.
